🔐 Administrator Access Policy

Only the following individuals are authorized to administer, manage, and oversee the JJJ Financial Awareness Program:

• James J Jordan

• Brent A Fincher

These administrators hold exclusive rights to:

• Approve or reject trades

• Review participant progress and compliance

• Manage deposits, withdrawals, and account funding

• Oversee reporting, communication, and platform updates

All participant interactions, submissions, and account changes will be visible to and governed by these administrators. No other individuals or entities are permitted administrative access at this time.

✅ Participant Eligibility & Approval Policy

Participation in the JJJ Financial Awareness Program is by invitation only. All eligible participants must receive explicit approval from one of the program’s administrators:

• James J Jordan

• Brent A Fincher

🔹 Approval Process

• Interested individuals or invitees must submit a request through the website’s Eligibility Form

• Administrators will review:

• Financial readiness

• Commitment to long-term participation

• Willingness to follow approved trade strategies and reporting protocols

• Upon approval, participants will receive:

• Secure login credentials

• Access to the Participant Dashboard

• Initial funding or account setup support

No participant may engage with the program, access tools, or receive funding without administrator authorization.

🔄 Refusal & Recommendation Protocol

If a participant is not approved for entry into the JJJ Financial Awareness Program, a personalized recommendation will be issued by an administrator. This recommendation will be:

• Archived securely for future reference

• Reviewed periodically to reassess eligibility

• Used to guide future participation decisions

In addition, any trading recommendations associated with the refusal will be stored in the Archived Trading Rules Repository. These archived strategies serve two purposes:

• 📈 Profitability Assurance: They help refine and validate future trade suggestions

• 🧠 Participant Education: They offer insight into disciplined decision-making and risk-managed strategies

This system ensures that every interaction—whether approved or declined—contributes to the long-term success and integrity of the program.”
